Changes to GST and How it Effects Flow Clients
The New Zealand government recently made its 2010 budget announcements, including changes to goods and sales taxation. The rate of GST is rising from 12.5% to 15%, effective from 1 October 2010. All businesses using Flow for transactional data processing are likely to be impacted by the GST change. Flow configurations may include GST-related information, which will need to be amended.
Flow Software has sent clients its latest newsletter, including information about the GST changes, along with information about the latest Flow release. We have asked clients to respond to a short survey encouraging them to review their configuration in light of the GST change.
